We booked a trip with Shan China Tours and the entire experience was excellent. Over the course of ~18 days, we visited a watertown outside of Shanghai, Guilin/Yangshou, Chengdu, Dujiangyan, Xian, and Beijing. All of our accommodations were very comfortable. Moving from location to location was exceptionally easy, and our cars at each location were very comfortable. The guides were very friendly, knowledgable, and thoughtful. Our trip ​to China was fantastic, well planned, and was made stress-free. ​We still have many more areas of China we would like to visit and will definitely use Shan China Tours again.

We had an amazing time in Hunan and Yunnan. SHAN China Tours arranged everything - hotels, transportation, and tour guides. Our guides were especially great and we had such a magical experience.
We skipped all the lines at Zhangjiajie and Yuanjiajie which we appreciated so much. The ancient towns were beautiful. We got to try amazing cuisines. We only had 11 days for the trip but we were able to see so much.Our group has very limited knowledge of Mandarin so having this service was especially helpful. The logistics went very smoothly and we will definitely use them again for our next trip to China.

My wife and I recently traveled to Yunnan (Kunming, Dali, and Lijiang) with ShanChinaTours, and it was an amazing experience. The private tour was perfectly planned, allowing us to truly relax and enjoy our time away.The food was excellent, and the boutique hotels were incredibly well-chosen—beautiful locations and top-notch comfort. Both Dali and Lijiang are offered incredible hiking opportunities. Our tour guide was fantastic—fluent in English, very knowledgeable, and great at adjusting the pace to match our preferences. Overall, this was a super enjoyable trip. Highly recommended for anyone looking to explore Yunnan in comfort and style. 5 stars!
